A Passion for Early Childhood Education
As both a mom and an educator, I have seen firsthand the power of early childhood education in shaping a child’s future. With 15 years of experience in the field, a Summa Cum Laude degree in Early Childhood Development, and a minor in Psychology, I’ve dedicated my career to understanding how young children learn best. I’ve worked as a teacher, curriculum developer, trainer, and in leadership roles, and in every setting, I saw room for optimization—smaller class sizes, a better balance between structured learning and free play, and a curriculum that truly engages and inspires.
When it came time to choose a preschool for my own children, I faced a challenge that so many parents encounter: it always felt like I had to sacrifice one important element of quality childcare to gain another. I could choose a school with small class sizes, but it lacked a rich and engaging curriculum. Or I could choose a program with academic structure, but it left little room for creativity and play. Some places offered a warm, home-like environment, but with outdated practices that didn’t fully support modern research on early childhood education.
I kept asking myself, Why should we have to choose? Why can’t we have it all? A place where children are nurtured and challenged, supported and inspired. A school that is clean, safe, and structured, yet still full of wonder, play, and exploration. A program that values both academics and character development, because success in life isn’t just about knowing facts—it’s about confidence, problem-solving, kindness, and creativity.
That’s why I took a leap of faith and started Little Innovators Preschool—first as a small in-home program, where I could create an intentional, engaging, and enriched learning environment. The response from families was overwhelming, but even more rewarding was witnessing the incredible growth and joy in the children. I knew this model worked, and I knew it was time to bring it to a larger scale to serve more families.
Our Journey & Growth
What began as a small in-home preschool has now grown into something bigger—a community where children feel seen, valued, and inspired. Our expansion into a dedicated preschool facility allows us to continue honoring each child’s individuality while offering an even richer learning experience.
This journey is still underway, but my vision has always remained clear: to create a preschool that truly nurtures each child’s potential through personalized learning, hands-on discovery, and innovative approaches. Every decision we make is with the children in mind—because we believe preschool is more than just preparation for kindergarten; it’s the foundation for a lifetime of learning, creativity, and character.
Our Philosophy & Approach
At Little Innovators, we embrace a holistic, research-based approach to early childhood education, combining the best elements of:
✨ Multiple Intelligences Theory – Recognizing that children learn in different ways and nurturing their unique strengths.
✨ Montessori & Reggio Emilia influences – Encouraging hands-on, self-directed learning, creativity, and collaboration.
✨ Play-Based & Project-Based Learning – Making learning engaging, meaningful, and full of discovery.
✨ Character & Social-Emotional Development – Fostering kindness, resilience, confidence, and strong friendships.
We focus not only on what children learn, but how they learn—guiding them to think critically, problem-solve, and apply knowledge in meaningful ways. Just as importantly, we equip them with lifelong skills that go far beyond the classroom.
Through positive guidance and supportive conflict resolution, we teach children to navigate social relationships with confidence and empathy. They learn the value of teamwork, collaboration, and problem-solving—skills that are essential for building strong friendships, working effectively with others, and becoming responsible, thoughtful citizens in their communities. These early experiences lay the foundation for success academically, socially, and emotionally, shaping who they will become in the years ahead.
Looking to the Future
As we grow, our commitment remains the same—to offer a nurturing, enriching, and forward-thinking learning environment that empowers young minds. We are excited to continue building a community of learners, explorers, and future innovators, and we look forward to welcoming families who share our vision of education that inspires, challenges, and supports the whole child.
At Little Innovators Preschool, we are not just preparing children for school—we are preparing them for life.
